I have a problem printing black & white images.
In any format other than greyscale, I get a green hue to the print, even though there is no colour and saturation is set to 0.

When I print a greyscale image the colour (lack of) is perfect but it prints with bands/lines along the print in the carriage direction.
It’s the same effect as though the heads needed cleaning (they don’t).

Black & grey text or vectors print perfectly, it’s to do with image files.

Anyone got any ideas how to get over this?

I’m using the Signlab 8 with the standard Signlab Visual Print manager.
Would the Roland Colourip which came with the machine be a better bet?

    Peter,
Interestingly I’ve just had the very same problem but my machine prints a magenta hue, this occurred on paper although I don’t think the media makes any difference. I haven’t resolved the problem yet but I’ve been given some advice to follow. I’ll let you know how I get on.
