SP300v Streaking during reg marks
Got something weird going on with my versacamm. Out of the blue every time I print registration marks i get faint red random lines. This only happens in the area of the reg marks, I assume it has something to due with the higher speeds it uses in reg marks printing. Any ideas?

I had a problem where I was getting a red mist when printing, this was all over the print not just reg marks!
Sorry but a new head was needed. I still say take the guess work out of these printer problems and get a repair contract, it takes all the guess work out and also piece of mind, for £80 a month for me its been money well spent !!!

I don’t want to upset you too much, but I had the very same problem with my Grenadier machine. I had faint magenta lines, it was the start of the magenta head to fail.
It would print the image I wanted just fine, but crop marks and when doing a head print test you will find it does the same.You will find the magenta head will die on you very shortly. You’ll need to get it replaced.
