  Print head please help !!

  Hi we don’t use our printer all that much and now we have a problem with the black print head.

  We always let it do the 12hr print schedule and used the printer to print 50 % coverage 4 meter job yesterday.

  Here are 2 pictures for before a few cleans and now.

  I am thinking it is the cap top any thoughts ??

  Shaun, doesnt look good but if it has recovered quite well, have you tried letting the head soak for a few hours, even overnight?
  It looks like you could have a bad seal around the capping station,

  new heads are not cheap.

  The machine is still under warranty only bought it last April so hoping that it is covered.
