    Hi All,
I have a job coming up which will involve putting a small radius on the corners of polypropylene prints.
Can anyone advise what would be a good corner rounder that will cut paper/vinyl/3mm foamex and 3mm dibond?
    Cheers,
    Paul.

This is what we use, great little tool and makes a huge difference to the look of a sign when the corners are rounded.

do a search mate as there are a few threads on this and I bought a warrior corner rounder for much less than Jags one and have done thousands of cuts with it and still using the same blade and working perfectly.

can cut foam board up to 10mm and aluminium composite and magnetics no problem, in fact I have done 3 layers of composite in one go and it still works well but less chance of a bad cut if you do 1 sheet at a time.

    cheers

    Warren
