Flexisign V7.5 | Print & cut problems to Grenadier
Good morning all. This is all going to sound a bit vague, but hopefully someone may have an idea of something I can try as I seem to be drawing a bit of a blank at the moment …….
A couple of weeks ago for no apparent reason our Flexisign program decided that it just wasn’t going to work anymore. Seeing as we have the discs I just removed the program and re-installed. This seems to have cured the problem with the actual program opening but has now caused a problem elsewhere. We print & cut to our Grenadier from Flexisign as this is what came with the printer. It will send the print to the Grenadier no problem, but once it’s finished the print and it tries to send the cut information the ‘production manager’ part of the program pops up with a message saying "sorry for the inconvenience" and shuts the program down.
Now I thought I had the settings the same as previous, but i’m assuming i’ve either forgotten to do something or one of the settings is incorrect.
Does anyone have an idea of what I could check ??

It’s driving me insane and we’ve got a stack of printing to get sorted. It will print fine and will cut fine, but just not together !! I’m close to throwing the lot out of the window. 👿

Sorry I’m no help but got the same problem outputting to my Roland PC-60.
It will print fine but just stops on cutting.
I can rip and print or cut, not both.
Sorry this doesn’t help but I can sympathise.
