    Could any one tell me what is the difference between if any a roland sp300 – sp300v

    The V model runs from versaworks the non v model runs from colourchoice – After that I dont know I’m afraid.

    I think there is a circuit board to replace if you want to run a non v model with versaworks (could be wrong though)

    i think well 99.9% sure that the v stands for versaworks

    if you bought a sp300 (with out the v) it is going to have the old board on it that only runs Color rip. (which is an old Wasatach rip) you can however upgrade it to the full version of wasatch for about £200 which is better than versaworks as it has 16 bit streaming and other fetures not in versaworks.
