    Hi All,
we are using a polymeric vinyl and the correct profile and we are getting horizontal line through the print? We have been using this combination for 5 years and only now are the lines appearing?? can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this? We have done head cleans, bi directional adjustments etc and manually cleaned the machine?? is one of the print heads wearing out? is there a way to check?

    any help appreciated!

    regards

I take you’ve done all of the nozzle test prints & alignment checks.

Are the lines light or dark?

they are made up of dots but should not overlap or be spaced apart, just touching.
i used a magnifying glass in the end.
as you say been using the same material for a long time just that day caught me out.
