  • Help, serious problems with CT630

Posted by Michaela on 9 April 2010 at 14:16

Hi all, I have recently purchased the CT630 as an upgrade from a smaller machine and it is driving me crazy!

It is cutting everything in reverse! And to add to that it is now not cutting the correct sizes.

Can anyone tell me 1) what the settings I need to use in signgo are
    2) what the x & y should be set to on the cutter

    Thank you.

    Hello Michaela,

You will probably get told off for not saying hello!!!

Sounds like you need to have a look at the manuals, I rekon you have missed some basic settings….

Consider me told off (sorry! I typed the first post in a bit of a rush!)

I have posted a hello thread now 🙂

I may have missed some basic settings, it is possible, we also messed around last night trying to fix it and I think we changed the x and y settings too.

I had a eu refine before this and everything worked fine!

Just flip the image since it’s cutting in reverse… or else if you’re using FlexiSign Pro just click the mirror button in Production Manager when you give the cut command.

With regards to cutting correct size adjust the X and Y scale settings… my machine’s settings are: x-scale 17280 and y-scale 17250. I arrived at these figures by trial and error and interpolation. Hope this helps.

Me too, I think we both posted at the same time, mine seems to do it whatever program I use….. it’s driving up the wall (:)

I’ll post whatever I find out here… lets help each other 😀
