I have been thinking of the best way to remove margins on the wraps. So would this be the right way??

    print panel with reg marks
(liquid) laminate and leave to dry
auto align function and cut out the margins.

or is it better just to manually cut??

What type of wrap is this?

Is this a paneled design for a box truck or and you wrapping a passenger vehicle with one piece for the side?

Paneled design we manually cut with a javelin.

Passenger vehicle we don’t cut anything. We trim it on the vehicle once applied.

    Hi Jason,

They will be panels, just not sure if i will apply vertically or horizontally yet.

Can then manually. Putting them through a plotter for cutting will be time consuming. If the panels are really long then you face the same problems with the plotter versus manually cutting.

Your going to have any overlap anyways of half to one inch so even if your cutting is slightly off no one is going to notice.
