  Vacuum ??

  Hi Guys

  Need some help

  Been getting problems printing with LG Vinyl, it’s buckled when its printed causing streaks.

  Tried 760mm wide and 1370mm wide same problem.

  Increased the vacuum to 100% ( Cadet plus ) but didn’t alter.

  Has anyone had this ? does the vacuum need cleaning ?

  Appreciate any pointers

  Most likely issues with humidity, heat.

  Damp or very cold vinyl buckles badly when the localised heat gets to it. 99% sure the vacuum has nothing to do with it.
