  preview window and layout window in versa works

  hi All, anyone know why i cannot ssee the above in versa works even though they are ticked in the drop down

  sounds like you have a corrupt install, have you tried initializing it. You will lose any data stored in the rip but it may cure the problem. Find Versaworks from the startup menu you should have an option to initializing the program. (if i have remembered correctly) if not give Roland tech a call when i had problems they sent me a later version because they thought updating had caused the problems.
