  • Lc is printing shades on the ends of the print

    today i did all the heads adjustments, the test print for all is good no missing lines.
    i tried with a sample file but the Lc building a shadow on the print.

    Hi there,

    Have you tried cleaning around the heads to remove any buildup of dry ink? is the head height right? i.e. not too high, does it do it with every profile and media?

    hi Andy
    yes i cleaned around the head, the material used is Mactac P29. also i noticed that the LC color is printed offset little. i will upload a picture to show the problem.

    hi everybody
    i had problem in my roland sj740 the Lc color leaves a shade outside the print. i did manual cleaning around the heads. and still same problem. i need help. 😥
