    how can you ensure that when you print for a customer :

    a. they’re satisfied with the colours in the print and is what they expected.

    b. protect yourself from problems such as completing a vehicle wrap and then the customer complaining.

    a/ give them a sample and get them to sign it off
    b/ inform the customer what to expect, and supply exactly that,
    again get it signed off, before you start.

    I have noticed that these kind of things tend to be a popular problem especially customers who like to have a big job like a vehicle wrap and then deliberately kick a fuss to get a discount!!!
