    Colin

    I had the same problem.

When the option opens to select what size you want to save the file, there is an option to export as bitmap you need to check that box. Just be aware this needs a massive amount of RAM for large objects. I usually reduce the image to 25% before trying this.

The only real solution at this point in time, is to clip the image before exporting, (Transform > Countour Object > Clip Bitmap), otherwise in some software the yellow background will be apparent. Otherwise Shaun’s suggestion will also work.

This was a bug and I thought was fixed in the latest release, what version are you using.

    if you open signlab
go to help and select about, then press "r" you will get your build

    Thanks Peter.

I’ve got build 04. Can I get auto updates? or do I need to contact Cadlink?

Shaun, you should be able to down load the updates by using sl update. If you update vpm though, make sure you archive any jobs, in the rip and be warned, you will have to reinstall any print queues you have already set up.
and may not always be able to un archive the print and cut jobs.
