  Help with my sp 300 not running self maintenance ?

  Hi all ive been having problems with my SP300 it would appear that its not running its self maintenance program ive spoken to the original supplier and they advised i update the firmware which i have done but all seems to be the same as it was previous, What the problem is is that i also have a sp 540 and tend to be using that a bit more these days so the 300 is not getting the use i installed new heads not long ago because they had dried up and would not flush etc, so when left for a little while the heads are again trying to dry out i often hear my 540 go into self maintenance mode but never hear the 300 do it anymore ????
  any help would be greatly appreciated

  Ok, silly question, do you leave the machine plugged in and turned on?

  I’ve looked through all of the menu settings and there doesn’t appear to be an option there, I would be inclined to ring Roland.
