  • Cadet Printer not creating ripped file

Normally when I print a file using Wasatch on my cadet printer it creates a print file within the print queues menu that I can use later to print multiple copies. However, for some reason my software has stopped creating this file in the print queue and I am having to RIP the file again every time I want to print extra copies. Any Idea what I have done to cause this change?

at the top of the print queues page you should have printUnit 1 ticked.

Could be its set to delete after print, check properties of the job & see if that box is ticked, Not sure why that would happen.
