  another simple problem

  Hi Guys, just a very quick question and probaly a really stupid one, but being very very new to this i just need to be sure. Currently i have a fairly basic machine a Graphtec CE5000-40 and have been using Magicut software to do my t-shirt printing, but have recently gone into basic Sign Writing and decals, sign making stuff (just the basic stuff for know).

  I am getting a few orders coming in from customers who are supplying me with their logo’s etc in eps files, but some files open and other dont in the Magicut software, i know why they dont, but my question is if i purchase Adobe Illustrator CS4 (which does let me open all eps files that previously didn’t in Magicut) can i cut straight from the Adobe software to the Graphtec machine.

  I know to most this is very trival question but i need to be sure before i spend the £300+ on Adobe and budget is very tight at the moment,

  PS forgot to add also, in Adobe can you do multi layer vinyl logo, where when you ask it to just cut specific colours and layer the logo until its complete.

  Hi,

  Yes just go to the graphtec web site and download the plug in.
