  Gravograph IS200

  hi guys,
  does anybody have gravograph IS200 or similar machine and familiar with soft. hard?

  My customer brought machine to me with mechanical problems and I have fixed them. only a few connections lost. but As I found there was a problem with software as well.

  so if anybody has the machine and can help with software will be highly appreciated.

  The main problem is that when sending the job to machine. it says NORMAL TERMINATION and does not start to work.

  maybe customer has changed something but everything looks just correct.

  can anybody help??

  Sounds like you have blown the mother-board.

  Needs a replacement or contact a Gravograph distributor so they can repair the board.
