The smashproof boxes from Subli-Supplies can take an 11oz mug and come flatpacked so they take up a lot less room.

Subli Supplies do cardboard ones that we use and have never had one breakage.

we got some mugs today from magic touch, lovely mug, smooth white and with an Orca coating, i have to say these are one of the nicest mugs i’ve seen and fairly well priced, however we’ve printed 7 today and they have runs at the bottom, not impressed, back to the drawing board!!

Are you using the magic touch media and printer?
I believe they are a matching system, so using the mugs with other systems will not always work.

Are they definately "runs" and not just creased paper when clamped into the press………….

runs, but you are possibly right Peter, we arn’t using the matching set. we only got 36 so it’s not as though we are stuck with 100’s
