When printing and cutting, the cut is missing the print by about 2cm.
I have given the crop sensor and encoder a clean, and ran Env.match but not made a difference.
Does anyone have any ideas on this as I am surprised at how far out of line the cut is.

    Thanks in advance

In the service manual there is a print and cut alignment. If there is no print cut alignment in the regular menu then you will need to get into the service menu and adjust. I don’t have the sp300 but it should be similar to most rolands. Do the print test and use the key pad to adjust the numbers.
