80004005 means that a program is struggling to get a connection with a database or another data store. Possibly in the case of Corel with Cutting Master 2 (which i am just starting to use) then I would think that Corel stuggled transferring the font curve data to Cutting Master, must be something that it is just too much for it.

However not got enough mileage yet with Cutting Master 2.

I am using the recent version from the Graphtech USA website.

Is the Cutting Master 2 corel plugin still available for download as i cant seem to find it on the Graphtec USA site. I used to have all the versions saved but Mcafee incorrectly identified them as doggy and i removed them.

If it’s a downloaded file check all nodes are closed on the image. Also make sure that the hairline/outline is removed/turned off. it may be trying to decipher a print line from a cut line.
