Been away for a couple of weeks and returned to find my versacamm SP300 has stopped printing. It was left with the sub power on so wouldn’t expect a problem.
I ran a test print and got nothing. Did a powerful head clean and got a really broken magenta test print. Ran the clean a couple more times and it got slightly better but only prints really poor test prints.
I am thinking the heads may be done but would appreciate any help?

    Thanks in advance
    Matt

have you tried to leave the heads to soak for a few hours or better still over night? that normally brings them back to life gradually if its just dried/solidified/gelled ink.

    Thanks for the reply Rob.
How would you do this? Would it just be a matter of some cleaning fluid in the cappig station?
    Thanks
