  • where can I source small diameter steel tubing please?

    Afternoon all.

I’m needing to source a method for supporting shelves in a display cabinet. The ideal thing seems to be mild steel or aluminium hollow tubing with 8mm diameter and 1mm wall thickness.

I can get it in B&Q but I’d imagine it’s much too expensive as you can only buy it by the metre length. Conversely, I don’t need a huge amount of it just yet.

Can anyone advise a stockist or something similar. I’ve tried the toolbar but don’t see anything.

    Thanks as always

    Kenny
