Best done in PhotoPaint but if it is part of a layout import your image into Draw, click edit bitmap which will launch PP – goto effects – creative – vignette. On closing PP you will prompted to save which will put your editted image back into Draw for more work.
If you want to retain transparency put image into PP -create object from background – use a mask – mask outline – feather, invert the mask and remove background, place back into Draw

You have to draw your mask on once the mask tool has been selected.

If you have Photoshop, open your photo, draw a square about 20mm in then select feather – set to approx 40. Inverse your selection then hit delete. Save as a photoshop file and it doesn’t loose any info and should import straight into corel.
Cheers John
