  sp300 versacamm prints scratching. please help!

  Hi guys,

  Recently i noticed that whenever i print some work, be it on a canvas or vinyl it tends to scratch easily. i was just wondering why this is? could it be the settings or the materials?? for canvas i use metamarks canvas and intercoat digital vinyl.

  please help!!

  I had a similar issue when I first started digi-printing.

  My machine supplier suggested increasing the pre-heat temp to get better ink penetration – and leave 24hrs to fully outgass / dry before working with. Did make a big difference.
