    Hello

Ive been working on my pricing structure and think am quite competitive so far but as this is one of the biggest job Ive done i would like your opinion please

over all i think i will use just over 40 meters of vinyl for this job on a 610 plotter.

And i would be charging round about £550 to £600 for it

    All comments appreciated

    Thank you

    Martin

your price may be slightly high, nice design but its all onto nice straight panels means the job flows a lot quicker. Problem is now days coach companies etc realize that flat panels are easier to fit than curves etc. I don’t think you are a million miles out but i would try getting it around the £500.00 mark. That said there are companies out there who are willing to pay above the prices you are asking it all depends on the customer & how much you want the work. Don’t be a busy fool but don’t starve either.

Martin, is that a two colour layup on the name down the side?

If this was in Oz, I’d be looking at about $au900 which equates to gbp450 I guess. It would be cheaper if it was a one colour layup.

You don’t mention the material you are using, which would alter the price too I guess. I only use cast on buses as they are usually washed with high pressure hoses and truck wash, which ages a vinyl quicker.

    Hope that helps anyway.

    Hello

Kev £550 was my price but the customer kept on wanting it tweaked here and there hence the £600 mark. anything above the £500 mark just sound dear to me i think. hence the post.

Shane yes its a two colour layout. 4 different colours in total was going two use a 5-7 year calendar vinyl. never thought about cast. Thats maybe something al look in to.

    Thanks
