I’ve noticed that when I’m either cutting text or shapes my Jaguar II cutter always seems to leave a small part on certain letters uncut, about half a millimeter or so. On the bigger stuff it’s not too bad but I’ve got a job in at the minute that requires me to cut 8mm text and as you can well imagine it’s making weeding a nightmare.
Can anyone advise me as to what I am doing wrong? I’ve checked the blade on the cutter and that all seems to be fine, the only thing I can think of is there might be something in the settings that I’ve missed

    blade offset?

is it rounding corners too? if it is then you need to increase the blade offset slightly,

Yeah it is mate, I think you may have it spot on there, how do I adjust the blade offset? I have to admit that’s not one of the options I’ve discovered yet

Steve take the jag offline, press the offset button to change its value, press enter to confirm new setting and then put the Jag back online.

    Regards
    Nigel
