  mimaki jv3-130sp11 ink problem

  Hi
  We have a JV3-130 SP11 and we tried non genuine ink cartridges 440ml and they did not read in the machine and when we put genuine cartridges back into them they will not read and load in to the machine has anyone came across this problem and know how to fix this so it works back to how it is suppose to .   your ink supplier should have given u some instructions…

  some have chip that is ‘hacked’ to make it read.
  some have chip that needs reseting or something like that

  if mimaki have made it so the machine shutsdown once it detects a ‘fake’ ink, then this is stupid!!
