how do I make a neat corner on a sign tray please?

Tim, I’m pretty sure there is a Tutorial on producing sign trays, should have all the info you need.

Personally I just continue the routed lines and cut out the "square" in the corner, and then glue in a foamex block to hold the corner firm

I do the square out of the corners too. Much neater than a flap hacked into an adjacent side.
Little bit of 1"x1" alu angle in the corners – option to just use adhesive (Evostik serious stuff) – same that i run in the channel before folding over, or to rivet. Very rare that I rivet them.

I have searched high and low for the tutorial. Thanks for the link.
We practiced the folded corner method but just can’t get a tight enough bend on the flap to make it look half decent.
Cutting out the square in the corner and gluing in behind it seems the preferred solution.
