  I need help with Creation CTN 630!

  Hello, my Uncle has a host of Creation series CTN 630.
  But he does not know how to use it and the machine had a problem other times as he told me. However, at other times the technician was called and managed to solve .

  This time he called me to try to use it , but I can not find a solution and to add he lost the manual and the machine serial and so the installation CD.
  I thought it was a problem and tried to reinstall the program, but it has no serial failed to do.
  i don`t know for sure but I think it`s not having communication between the machine and the PC, because when I turn on the machine the PC does not recognize it.
  The program seems to be working, but when i send to cut it not obey.

  Who can help me or give me a solution? Who knows the serial for it?
  I think the program that she uses is PLTDraw or
  Sign Blazer Elements for Cutter.

  Maybe better to ask the company that supplied the machine for a new cd
