  Signlab 8 Print & Cut export to colorip query?

  Hi,

  Sometimes profiles in Colorip are better than Signlab for some materials, so i export as 3rd party eps and then open in my Colorip and select in setup process cutting paths, this now shows the marching ants around my graphic, but after the versa camm has printed it doesn’t cut round my work?

  Not sure why? in Signlab the postscript setup in set up as CutPath, and the colour i use in the palette is even named CutPath and is 100 magenta.

  Any idea why i cant cut? 😕

  Just found the answer, i think i need to change from CutPath to CutContour. 😕

  if colourrip shows the marching ants then that is correct.
  in the profile you need both Proses cutting path on and switched on in the properties.

  it should be CutPath.

  Many thanks, i’m working now. I hadn’t had the enable cutting box ticked in the profile setup in colorip.
