  versaworks wont work help!

  Hi all

  When i go to print a box comes up and says versaworks application has stoped working! and all i can do is end the program.

  I have tryed removing the program and reinstalling it and updating it but does not help

  Any one ? Thanks Neil

  Niel
  there was a problem if you updated from too earlier a version which then caused the problem you state. Have you tried installing & then not updating if this works you may need to get a new version of VW from Roland. have you put a call in to Roland

  sorted it i spoke to roland and they told me to initialize the application and re enter the ip address and it works fine! after 4 hours banging my head on the wall
