    Hi all,

Just wondering if anybody has bought any blank sublimation blanks from

    Sun-fly sublimation before.

I was searching through the internet and found these,so i asked them for a price list. They are very reasonable.

Has anybody bought from these that can let me know what there products are like.

    Thank you all,
    Louise 🙂

I’ve just had a look, it says the minimum order is $2000 bit much to take a chance.
Found this on the t-shirt forum:
    Sunfly sublimation bestsublimation.

These companies are selling lower grade versions of the same products which many mainstream US distributors buy from China. In other words, items which fail the QA test and can’t be sold to mainstream distributors, are sold at a low price over the internet.

There is only 1 chinese coating I know of (ORCA) which is dishwasher safe. All the other coatings are not. Chinese manufacturers generally don’t use the RICH NEELY coating (used by many USA companies), as it’s too expensive for them.

Plus there is a difference between dishwasher safe and dishwasher proof

From what I know they can be a bit hit and miss. Items can be perfectly good and to the same standard you might hope for over here whilst you can also get some dodgy batches…… also like you can occasionally get from suppliers over here. Main difference is you can generally get on the phone and sort out any issue’s that you might have in the UK. You can get equivalent RN coatings in China as they don’t really take much notice of patents.

Once you add on shipping costs I don’t find many of the Chinese companies that cheap, well not cheap enough to take the risk anyway. There are a few Euro distributors that also offer good pricing and still some in the UK where pricing can be comparable. All depends on what products you are after and what quantities as to what the best options might be.

    Hi

Is there any company’s in Ireland that sell sublimation blanks that you know about.

    I can’t find any anywhere.

Postage from sun-fly to Ireland is US$330.00 FOR two boxes of cups and a box of plates (crazy price) 😕

    Louise.

I know very little about suppliers in Ireland. A few decent ones I know in Europe but you need a decent quantity to justify it really. Is buying from the UK good right now with the exchange rates?

Have you tried these people Louise? Talk to Roebuck, he may be able to tell you where to source them or get them….great company.
