    Hi All

Need some pointers on how to fade away the edges on images when printing.

I have some pictures (rectangular) and need to have them so that when they are printed on to a white background the image blends in?

    I am using corel 11

    Thanks Dave

In photoshop draw a square or rectangle smaller than the pic, invert, feather then delete and you should have a decent fade. You might have to mess about with the feather settings and the size of the rectangle to get perfect.

Wouldn’t know where to start with Coreldraw even though I use this programme too!

    Cheers John.

Or in photo paint use the vignette filter

probably better ways but like peter suggests in corel, well x3 anyhow, edit bitmap opens photopaint then effects/creative/vignette play with settings close save changes and voila
