  Mimaki/Signlab cutting problem

  Hello All
  I have a customer who wants extra thick stickers, so I am using a 150 micron vinyl with an 80 micron laminate. I done a test cut at 200g and it cut no problem.But when I sent the printed job to the cutter via Signlab it did not cut deep enough. I even put the pressure up to 400g and resent it but still it did not cut deep enough. As far as I know, apart from the contour cut line, no cutting data is being sent to the cutter. Any Ideas?

  Problem sorted,
  Signlab was sending pressure data at 60. Doh!
