Error 30 Problem
Can any body help? i have replaced it with a new Pcb board but still when the machine is switched on it does accept the inks. i’m also using unlimited chip system with it.

The Maintenance manual says
ERROR30 OPERATION
• Improper operation has been performed.
1) Indicate the improper operation.
2) Replace a key board.
3) Replace a main PCB. -
I have already replaced a new Main PCB board. when we switch on the machine it doesn’t accept the ss2 ink – 4 color the cyan stays ie —–c— like this. when we push the cartridge it goes but come back again, with a blink of an eye.
what shall we do now?

what is the reason for replacing the main board? did you have error 30 before replacing it?
Do have empty cyan cart, what does that say?
Does this ONLY apply to CYAN and not other colours?

yes only cyan color no other color.Well i’m also using a unlimited bulk chip system.
As i switch on the machine the Cyan stays and as i move the cartridge it goes but come with a blink of and eye.
What shall be the reason for that? -

there is not enough people here with the knowledge that you seek, that place in the PM has a number of engineers that should help -

Finally i got up that freak’n Error 30, it was simply a cyan cartridge’s little button near the chip, which was creating the whole mess. now i need the original parameter’s of the machine where shall i get those, coz i have placed a new Pcb board.
