Brawn GP Logo! Opinions!
Well done to Jensen Button and Brawn GP! It made my day to see him finally win a GP, but having to stare at that logo all afternoon gave me twitch like captain Darling.
To me it looks unbalanced, even unfinished. The BR in non italics looks like it’s being left behind. Perhaps they were trying to be clever and emphasise the ‘Ross Brawn’ or ‘Richard Branson’ connections but I really think they could have done it in a different way. It also says BR and not RB.
The AWN part is so squashed up I think they would hard to read from a distance. Why did they condense the letters like that? I also think there is a little too much shear, the N looks like its about to fall off the end. The saving grace of the logo is the GP part. This looks good and imitates the curves of a race track.
What does everybody else think? I would be interested to know your opinions.
Can I do better? – maybe, maybe not. Whilst drinking my morning brew I had a play around for 5 mins and came up with a revised version. Not massively different, just tweaked.

yes matey yours is better…I hope we are still seeing this team on the top step of the podium at the end of the season?

I dunno Owen…I quite like the original…..your yellow bit seems to have taken the movement out of the logo, if you know what I mean. JMHO 😀
