    Morning guys,

I have had lots of help from you guys and now this one beats the biscuit.
I hope you don’t mind me asking such a simple question but i need help.

I have created files on Corel draw X3, they are very simple files with words, I have saved them ready to cut.

How can i then go back into and amend the words, sizing is fine, but changing text or adding new text is not possible.

I can’t seem to get the cursor back when i click on the text,

    Thanks guys.

Did you convert to text to curves? if so you cant go back and edit.
I always make a copy of the text first if I convert or weld it,

    Jo – Ann,

Sounds like you convert the text to curves before you cut – they are then no longer fonts and cannot be edited.

May be worth saving one file as master – with text still as editable text, and another file as a cutting file only once text converted to curves.

    Thats exactly what i do,
i creat the line, then weld it. i save after that.
So if i create the line make a copy, and save it in it’s initial state as a master. I will then be able to go into it and amend etc.

Thanks guys as always you are stars

    Jo-Ann.
