  • Terms and Conditions

we are at the moment sorting out our terms and conditions for sales, this we find useful under the current climate with businesses dragging there heels with payment.

So has anyone have a standard lay out or brief they use for terms and conditions and/or does anyone have any tips or bits they use in these?

    any help would be grateful.

    cheers all

My terms and conditions are "available on request"

I can then retrospectively produce "terms and conditions" to suit the particular circumstances 😕 😉
