  can anyone help with media explorer problem?

  have installed new upgrade now colours crap so have tried to update new profiles media explorer doesnt recognise the new ones from roland site any ideas welcomed.

  import media screen reads cannot import

  have tried several profiles (yes did unzip them) it does import old profiles but not the new ones.

  Hi Nick,

  check which ink type your printer is setup using.
  i think the printer is setup using a different ink type, if machine is setup as eco sol max, i bet the profiles are setup as eco sol inks.
  My guess is that your printer is eco sol and the profiles were made using eco sol max inks. I have seen this previously, in service mode you can change the setup but if you try to do this through user menu you will start an ink wash and will waste a large amount of flush and inks to setup correctly for the profiles.
