  illustrator cs 3 clipping mask issue

  Hi All,
  i am having a drama that i have never encountered before, and ive read the help files and cant figure it out??
  I have a grouped vector logo on one layer and a shape on another layer, but above the logo and I have grouped them to make a clipping mask, but when I make the mask the whole lot goes white, normally this works perfectly??Is that as clear as mud??

  any ideas??

  ok solved it!! thanks anyway – the clipping path wasn’t joined/combined but it didn’t give me the error message!!! ahhhhh
