    Posting here as need attachment.

Customer desires a similar (or identical) style as per the attached.

Internally illuminated, no big deal as all separate boxes just stacked.

    it’s the poles / posts.

Will be getting fixed to an existing concrete pad with those super heavy duty bolts they use for holding down planets. Customer has their own structural engineer so they can work out windload & stresses etc.

Just…where can I get some ‘nice’ poles / posts without resorting to 10" steel pipe!

David, Rob is right, this will have been designed by the retail parks owner then detailed by a Structural Engineer & then manufactured by a sign company or their preferred steelworkers.

If you want to have a chat with a firm that specialise in this sort of work then give Keith Hall at Plant Welding & Engineering a call – 07817 500861 – you may even find that he made the one in your picture!

    Regards

I reckon those posts will need to be custom fabricated, although for your local steel engineering/fabrication company it should be a pretty straight forward job, especially if you’ve got something to copy sizes from.

Cheers guys – will look at getting a company we do work for (steel fabricators) doing a quote for me…probably looking at around 6m high.
