    Hi Jane

Do you mean you can’t get the plastic backing off? (Not used this particular one BTW)
If so, I found, when having the same problem, that the heat press wasn’t getting up to temperature (getting a bit old I guess). I got an infra-red heat gun and whacked the temp gauge up until the heat press/gun were showing the correct temp, since then no problems, but was awful before.

    Hope this helps

Im having problems separating this vinyl. Any suggestions?

i would put one roll in one room, and the other roll in another room.
go in and speak to them one at a time. reason with them, find out whats wrong but be firm and tell them this just isn’t on anymore. either they get a grip or their both out!

    Hope this helps… πŸ˜€

oh, sorry… you mean something else? :lol1: ok, im being a bit daft but please, viewers of posts no nothing about your situation. you need to elaborate as much as possible for the reader to understand the situation better and then offer the best possible advice.

It’s not a hot peel vinyl like the rest? Leave it to cool slightly but not till its cold then you shouldn’t have any problems

I agree with John. Generally anything other than a solid colour and I’ll always cool/cold peel.

the sisser stuff i had once would not come off right kept sticking the vinyl and tearing if it was cold because it was a hot peal and hot peal vinyls don’t seem to last as long ad cold peal transfers.

It might be a blunt blade or not enough pressure

hi jane – perhaps it’s the blade you are using?

some of the thicker film needs to be cut with a 60ΒΊ blade (red) and not a 45ΒΊ (blue)
ie flock etc wont weed if it is cut with a 45ΒΊ blade

sorry if you already know this
