I have this problem at present cutting lettering out of vinyl. The plotter runs well but after it has cut, I check the edges of the text that I have just plotted and they have a slight curve to the edges. Im using a block font (Impact) which has clear straight edges. Help!!!

I meant a picture of the letters. 😛

But still, an avatar would be nice as well.

    John

Do I reduce the off set if I want to make the text smaller?

No. Blade offset just affects how the vinyl gets cut on corners. Try reading these.
