Dibond or ally tray.
but you can also get good effect if a flat ally panel is "stood off" from the wall using angle set in from the edge of the panel, so not visible
We did a 21ft x 4ft sign, But the building we did it on had plenty of big dips in it.
We did it by screwing wooden baton’s to the building using packers to even it out, then screwed the sign trim to it and because it was a front loading system we just popped the panels in and job done.
If using a sign try its even easier, as the ally angle has got a bit more strength than sign trim.

Basically whoever you use for your general sign boards should be able to supply you with the suitable kit.
Its a bit hard for one of the board members to give you a contact number as most suppliers only deliver locally or charge a premium for delivering out of the area.
