    Hi All

I have had an enquiry for fire exit signs etc and was wondering if this ends to be done by somebody who is qualified who knows what signs to put where as there seem to be many different options for these.

It’s a supply only job but wonder if there will be any come backs because I should have advised on the correct signs required instead of just supplying.

    anybody know?

    cheers

Warren, generall the person should have a ‘fire risk assessment’ done, this will professionally tell him were the signs are to go.

YOU CANNOT ADVISE HIM ON THIS

I use BRIMARK for my safety signs, they have an interesting legislation section on their website, this may help you.

Try calling Allsigns Int on 01302 752072. They have a safety signs brochure which gives a shortened version of legislation needed for safety signs. For fire signs I think they have different regulations ie bss or eec. I would give them a call. They are very helpfuld and will make things clearer.

    Cheers
