  Post hole digging company

  Hi All

  I’m sure I’ve seen a van that is for a company that digs post holes. I have a large monolith type sign to do and think I need a professional service to survey and dig the holes for me as it is at the entrance to an industrial estate very close to the road.

  I have Googled with no joy but am sure there is a company out there doing it.

  any help?

  Warren,
  I have had a couple of jobs involving hole digging on the footpath and I used a local company who are road sign manufacturers, so they are used to digging into gas mains and cutting through 40,000 volt cables!
  The highways department at you local council will probably be able to help with a firm local to you.
