    Hi Jane,

Yes a second hand Camm1 should be a great starting point. Looking through previous posts most people use Corel draw for design work. I believe you can get a plug in to enable you to operate the cutter from it.

What sort of stencils are you wanting to cut?

The Camm1 is a great piece of kit, I have one that I use solely for garment vinyl.

I run mine with Corel Draw X3 and the Camm1 has printer rivers so you dont need any ad ons at all, it will work straight out of the box.

Im not sure how you will cut stencils though as I would imagine the cut out sections will jam the machine unless you are just planning to score the surface.

I want it for glitter tattoo stencils. Still not 100% sure what to go for as yet. The vinyl I’m going to be using is 24" wide so need something that can accommodate that.
