How expensive are these, we bought the starter pack and it’s been okay, however our volume is increasing, how much would an automated machine cost and any recommendations as to where we could purchase one?

    Jason,
you need to be talking very large quantities, for automated set up.
if you have just large quantities, then there are savings to be made on buying the resin in bulk, rather than as small packs.

Long time since I did any, so cant recommend a current supplier.

but that is the way to go I would say

Fully automatic as peter says is expensive. But I’ve seen units where you dial in the amount of resin and hit the button and it gives you a dosage. I’m assuming you’ll be a lot quicker this way then the manual gun where you wait for the resin to flow to know how much to give it.

    Something like this

Having been a lecturer in sciences I recall there are a lot of laboratory equipment suppliers out there, their catalogues will have many different types of automatic and semi-automatic accurate dispensing equipment.

Can only recall one company at moment, ‘Phillip (Philip?) Harris’, try a search on that or perhaps lab equip supplies.

If I can remember name of surplus lab equipment auction company I used to use I’ll post it later.
