  • photo to vinyl cut software

    Hi does anyone know of any programs that can convert a photo to vector so it can be cut in vinyl, for mirrors etc

    i can find 1 online called Project5 any ideas if this is the one to go for or are there any others

    Coreldraw you can use a trace image on it

    Signlab, and corel both have a "Wood cut" type filter, that can do some good images, you can also convert an image to black and White, then trace.
    There is also a program which has been posted on the boards as a demo that produces halftone type pop art. sound daft but do a search for potyoes on the boards and you may find it.

    this pop art one looks real good for what i need but when i import into corel it stays in a text box and wont do anything as said 🙁 flexi just doesnt know what to do with it, i will keep trying but if any of you have used the program and know were im going wrong please slap my head and point me in the right direction
